This is our female only package due to its intensity and structure we tend not to refer to it as a class but more a course. Our aim is to educate on the way, we aim to instruct on correct lifting techniques and why things are being done. During the course we will run different micro cycled training programmes, and control each clients nutritional background*. We also have private whattsap groups** for the different groups to allow support along the way, in which hints and tips and ideas for food can be posted. The aim of this course while it will be individual, and coached buy a trainer is in a group format for 1 hour, in our decided group training facility.
